Ironbridge Slalom July 9th & 10th

Its that time of year again, after a covid enforced hiatus.

This is a great long standing event which helps with club funds and a great insight into the racing aspect of our sport.

Keep the dates free in the diary!!

Course is erected Friday and then help is needed especially on Friday afternoon/pm and then Saturday and Sunday mornings and then breaking down the course/packing away on the Sunday afternoon.

As competitors arriving for camping and control tents being set up site will be closed for general paddling on Friday 8th, Saturday 9th & Sunday 10th.

Slalom

A great event this weekend, glorious weather, river was low but a technical challenging course was erected.

Thanks to all those who helped out in whatever way from course setup/running event/baking cakes etc

 

Sunday 20th June : Paddle

This sunday we are holding a morning river session to have a paddle, get together and just a general catch up.

Things will kick off at 10:30am, all are welcome.
